From Aug 16th through Aug 20th Albert Creek averaged 34 birds/day and 0.22 birds/net-hour for a total of 170 birds banded. Rusty Blackbird on the 17th and Green-winged Teal the next day were both new banding species for the season. The top 5 most numerous species banded during the period were Alder Flycatcher (25), Common Yellowthroat (23), Northern Waterthrush (21), Wilson's Warbler (17) and Yellow Warbler (11). The current season top 5 is Northern Waterthrush (165), Tennessee Warbler (149), Common Yellowthroat (83), Alder Flycatcher (66), Swainson's Thrush and Yellow-rumped Warbler both 62.
